Hudak, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Mandy Leung Hudak; her daughters, Janice Hudak and Veronica Hudak-Moe; her son-in-law Kenneth Moe; and her grandchildren, Michelle Monticello (Marck Borre), Jenna Monticello (Dan Nelson), Thomas J. Hudak, III, Anastasia Hudak and Morgan Hudak.
