He is survived by: his wife Frances Lay; his sons, Daniel Thomas (Jennifer), Andrew Clive and Aaron Francis (Magdalena); his grandchildren, Sebastian, Finnegan, Eleonora, Maximilian, Olivia and Oakley; and his sisters, Cynthia Alexander and Daphne Searle (Peter). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
