With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol J. De Stasio of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol J. De Stasio to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johanna Van Bokkem and Peter Van Bokkem; and her siblings, Joanie Van Bokkem, Patsy Giard, Mary Van Brunt and Freddy Houban.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosemarie Cooley (Rosie); her son-in-law Justus Cooley IV; her grandchildren, Justus Cooley V and Josephine Cooley; her husband Salvatore DeStasio; and her sisters, Barbara Theyn and Johanna Kjesbu. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bongarzone Funeral Home (2400 Shafto Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712). A prayer was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
