She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Erdely Sr.; her parents, Alexander Krystosiak and Anna Krystosiak; and her siblings, Edward Krystosiak, Michael Krystosiak, Phyllis Martino and Marie Zielenbach.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian Jr. of New Albany, Douglas Jr. of Point Pleasant, NJ and Joseph C. Erdely Jr. of Miami, FL.; her grandsons, Matthew, Andrew, Joseph, David and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Lorelei.
