He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine "Kate" Mazza Kristiansen. He is survived by: his children, Nancy, Don Bartis, Tinton Falls, Brian, Rosemary Kristiansen, Mendham, Kerry, Sean O'Brien, Colts Neck, Linda and Tom DiLenge; and his grandchildren, Colby, Andrew, Brendan, Peter, Griffin, Maeve, Madison, Maguire and Donovan. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
