He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sheehan (Roe); his children, Gerard III (Christine Sheehan) of Staten Island, NY, Colleen (Christian Callahan) of Ringoes, NJ, Kelly (Attila Horvath) of Ringoes, NJ and Meghan Sheehan of Flemington, NJ; his siblings, Edward (Charlene Sheehan) of Colonia, NJ, James (Constance Sheehan) of Hillsborough, NJ, Kenneth (Patricia Sheehan) of East Newark, NJ, Janet (David Pinto) of North Brunswick, NJ, Kathleen (Chester Oldakowski) of Annandale, NJ and Diane (Richard Zekes) of South Plainfield, NJ; and his grandchildren, Christian, Quinn, John, Gerard IV, Brighid, Joseph, Patrick and Declan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
