He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Kelly, Jr. and Leona A. Kelly (Mueller). He is survived by : his siblings, William R. Kelly (Anne Marie), James P. Kelly and Lee Kelly-Mucha. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
