She was predeceased by: her husband William M. Keegan Jr.; and her daughter Debra Lynn Keegan. She is survived by: her children, W. Michael III (Joanne Keegan), David C. (Leisa Keegan), Kenneth R. Keegan (Maryann) and Terri J. (Walt Pawella); and her sister Alice Kern of Woodbury. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
