He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Black and Elizabeth Black-Lumpkin; and his brother Robert Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Kate" Black; his daughters, Kim Sturgis (Harry Waugh) of Somers Point, NJ, Lisa Sturgis of West Deptford and Michelle Hand (Mike) of West Deptford; his grandchildren, Aydan, Makenzie, Matteo, Mason, Evan and Mikey; his niece Rebekah Straka; and his nephew Robbie Lumpkin.
