It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Barker of Tenafly, New Jersey, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul G. Dingledy and Martha Beadel Dingledy. She is survived by: her husband Robert Barker (Bob); her children, Leigh (Jeff) and Robert (Rachel); and her granddaughters, Blair, Riley and Remy.
