She is survived by: her husband Dr. Dennis Katechis; her daughters, Sophia and Julia; her parents, Peter Stassou and Rhea Stassou; her sibling Andrea Stassou (Elias Dokas); her nieces and nephews, Peter, Katerina and Julene Stassou; her great-niece Ella; her great-nephew Jake; her mother-in-law Spiridula Katechis; her sisters-in-law, Theoni Katechis and Anastasia Gretsas; and her nieces and nephews, Tyler, Vasilios, Alexander and Zoey. She is also survived by her loving family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Cathedral of St John the Theologian (353 E Clinton Ave, Tenafly, NJ 07670).
