He is survived by: his parents, John Ostrowski and Anne Maureen Ostrowski (Andersen); his husband Joe Grieco; his cousin Eileen Grieco; his sister Ann Marie; and also Billy (Hailey). He is also survived by grandmother, aunts, uncles.

Donations to the non-profit will fund local causes and thus will be a thoughtful and meaningful way to make a difference while remembering John.
