He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl; his son James; and his granddaughter Carolyn Castioni. He is survived by: his nieces, Patricia Geissler, Carol Pequet and Kathleen Smith; his nephew Alan Smith; and his cousin Jim Hillgardner.
