He was predeceased by: his sister Savita Savalia (Purushottam). He is survived by: his wife Mrudula Patel; his grandchildren, Anya, Shay, Neal and Satya; his niece Minal Hahm (Matthew Hahm); and his nephew Sharad Savalia (Antara Prasad).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Barrett Leber Funeral Home (148 Dean Dr, Tenafly, NJ 07670). A reception was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sumeru's Home (25 Norman Pl, Tenafly, NJ 07670).
