With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alexandra Grullon of Tenafly, New Jersey, who passed away on March 24, 2021 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Miguel Almanzar; her children, Mike Almanzar, Vanessa Almanzar and Amy Almanzar; her parents, Benito Grullon and Valentina Vega; her siblings, Carmen Vega, Lee Vega, William Vega, Benny Grullon and Charlene Grullon; and her grandchild Zion Almanzar.
