He was predeceased by: his daughter Brenda P. Blackwell; and his siblings, Harold J. Blackwell, Jr., Gwendolyn Kiessel and Harlan Blackwell. He is survived by: his sister Theodora Stone; his children, A. Blair Blackwell, Jr. and B. Michelle Cilurso (Tom); and his grandchildren, Harleigh Blackwell and Philip Wheehler. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, and siblings.
