He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean; his brothers, William Koscuich (Barbara), Eugene Koscuich (late Barbara) and Leonard Koscuich (late Janice); and his parents, Helen Koslow and John Koslow.
He is survived by: his children, Michele, Kathleen and David; his granddaughters, Katherine and Deanna; his nieces, Dolores, Diane, Mary Lynn, Carol, Deborah and Karen; and his nephew Karl. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and his bowling friends.
