He was predeceased by: his brother George W. Otis. He is survived by: his spouse Otis; his children, Wendy Carol Otis, Kevin Donald Otis and Jennifer Margaret Iaquinto; his sister Loraine Virginia Geiger; and his grandchildren, Gianna Nicole Iaquinto, Dominic Donald Iaquinto and Calvin Dean Otis.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Volk Leber Funeral Home (789 Teaneck Rd, Teaneck, NJ 07666). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).
