She was predeceased by: her parent Ivy Pilgrim; and her siblings, Sybil McDowell, Lenox Sunley and Linton Sunley. She is survived by: her children, Patricia David, Hollis Prince and Juliana Mitchell; her grandchildren, Christopher David, Marvin David, Anansa Prince and Jaslyn Mitchell-Drake; her great grandchildren, Justin David, Jayden David and Ariel David; her nephews, Curtis Sunley and Shurland Sundley; her great-nephew Marlon Sunley; her great-niece Shauniele Sunley; her extended family, Michelle and Irving Reyes; her friend Joan Eliston; and also, Ryan and Nikko Reyes.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (118 Chadwick Rd, Teaneck, NJ 07666-4282). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cynthia's name either to St. Mark's Episcopal Church located at 118 Chadwick Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, are appreciated by the family.
