He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine M. Fogarty; his son John Fogarty; and his grandson Ryan McLoughlin. He is survived by: his children, Joanne McLoughlin (John) and Kevin Fogarty; his grandchildren, Dylan McLoughlin and Kate Poteete (David); and his great grandchildren, Bodie Poteete and Cooper Poteete.
