He was predeceased by: his brother James Webb. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Sisco); his children, Thomas J. Webb Jr. of Madison and Denise Webb of Wantage; and his granddaughter Allison Vicedomini (Eric) of Hoboken.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Thomas J. Webb Sr.
