He is survived by: his parent Georgann Moen; his wife Nicole Moen of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his children, Gabriella Moen of Wantage Twp and Kevin Moen of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his parents-in-law, Martin and Kathleen Colon of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his sisters, Elizabeth Weite of Hamburg, NJ and Samantha Gall of Sussex, NJ.; and his grandfather-in-law Kathleen Stutzner of East Stroudsburg, PA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.
