He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Lambert Epperly, Sr. and Silvia Epperly (Vidaud). He is survived by: his wife Patty (Rueckemann); his children, Sammy II and Alyssa Hill; his former spouse Dion; his siblings, Silvie Epperly (Arnold Breisblatt), Patricia Epperly (James Rusche), Lambert Epperly (Laura), John Epperly and Robert Epperly; and his sister-in-law Christel Jones (Talmadge). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
