He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Harold; his wife Paulette (Davis); his children, Jason Touw (Kristin) of Goshen, N. Y. and Ashley Ziccardi (Richard) of Wantage; his siblings, Dean Touw of Stroudsburg, Helen Ostertag (Carl) of Myerstown and Henrietta Martin of Branchville; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Baylie, August, Heath, Owen and Emmett. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews and friends.
