He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Richter); his parents, Marion Baty (Moody) of New York State and Richard Baty (Eileen) of Delaware; his children, Jack of Wantage and Sami of Wantage; and his siblings, Tim Baty (Peggy) of Andover, Todd Baty (Lisa) and Erin Baty of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
