She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lawrence R. and Marguerite Boaz. She is survived by: her children, David Licata (Lena) of Millington and Dawn Licata Johnson (Caine) of Wantage; her siblings, Paul Boaz of Ohio and Carolyn Boaz of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Caine, Maria, Cole and Charli.
