He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard S. Marks and Elizabeth Marks; his brother Rick Marks; and his brother-in-law Rich Mancinelli. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Tucker); his sister Diana "Donna" Mancinelli of Landing; his nieces and nephews, Sean Marks (Lauren), Danny, Ryan Marks, Sean McTernan (Janine), Dean Mancinelli (Sarah) and Cara Bennett (Rad); and his sister-in-law Carole Adams of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his seven great nieces and nephews; his cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinkel Funeral Home, Inc. (31 Bank St, Sussex, NJ 07461). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Pinkel Funeral Home (31 Bank St, Sussex, NJ 07461).
