He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison II and Charity Thompson (Babcock); and his siblings, Danny, Jess, Bruce Thomson and Susan Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Day; his children, Daniel Thompson of Wantage, Clay Jr. (Sheridan Davis) of Newton, Charity Thompson of Wantage and Laura (Bryan Evans) of Hamburg; his siblings, Harrison (Lorraine) of Wantage, Robert (Jeanette Thompson) of Vernon, Sally Corter of Dingmans Ferry, PA, Gail Thompson (Jay Husky) of Cherokee, NC, Mary (Joe Thompson) of Vernon and Birdie Thompson (Gene Dekmar) of Wantage; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Bryce, Sylas, Ariana, Aaliyah, Ethan Allen and Hunter. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
