With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Webb (Sussex, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2019 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Webb; his son Charles J. Webb; and his sister Donna Webb. He is survived by: his mother Helen Webb (Rinkovsky) of Sussex, NJ; his wife Darla L. Webb; his daughter Julia Garcia (Edwin); his siblings, Diane Apgar (Wayne), Laura Randall (Ernie) and Pete Webb; and his grandchildren, Edwin Charles, Braydon Miles and Ellana Lynn Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
