It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Berndt of Sussex, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Catherine's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Catherine's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Edward Berndt; her daughters, Patricia Milgiorelli (Steve) and Kathleen Wilde; and her siblings, Carol Heller (Ron), Kelly Missonellie and Joan Busse.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Memories Cemetery (300 Soldier Hill Rd, Township of Washington, NJ 07676).
