He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ginger Ashley. He is survived by: his son Otis Ellison; his parents, Laura L. Fountaine of Milford, PA and Brian D. Ashley of Tennessee; his siblings, Dan Ashley of Sussex, Heather Ashley (Kyle) of Milford, PA, Dawn Ashley-Jermion of Milford, PA, Tiffany of Tennessee and Brittany Ashley of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Stephanie Burse; and his grandparents, Marge and Raymond Fountaine of Franklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
