It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene R. Van Gelder of Sussex, New Jersey, born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William K. Riker and Ethel J. Riker (Decker); and her sister Altamae "Tootie" Snook. She is survived by: her husband Alan R. Van Gelder; her daughter Sue Ellen Hampson (Brian) of Hawthorne; her sisters, Alice "Susie" Decker of Missouri and Donna Rominick of Hampton; and her grandchildren, Leslie Hampson of Brooklyn and Scott Hampson (Maria Collins) of North Carolina.
