He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lobban (Pittenger); his sons, David Lobban (Amy) of Sandyston and Scott Lobban of Fredon; and his grandchildren, Patrick Lobban (Lanae), Parker Lobban, Hank Lobban and Maggie Lobban.
