He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Middleton and Dorothy Middleton Goetsch (Soley); his stepfather Herman Goetsch; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Joy; his children, Craig Paul Middleton and Jeanna Marie McCrostie; and his son-in-law Jesse McCrostie. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
