It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Cook (Summit, New Jersey), who passed away on December 26, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Dombrowski and Henry Dombrowski; her husband Wade; and her brother Doug. She is survived by: her son Michael Cook (Lisa); her grandchildren, Taylor (Rachel) and Katelyn; her daughter Lori Daniels (Dennis); her grandchildren, Leigh Ann (Kurt) and Kelly (Mario); her daughter Wendy Kotlar (Rob); her grandchildren, Jenna and Bryan; her brother Allan (Anne); her sister-in-law Donna; her brother Buddy; and also Charlie. She is also survived by nephews and countless other family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the GPS (59 Shunpike Rd, Summit, NJ 07901).
