He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Nagy. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Nagy (Ludman); his wife Cara Nagy (Wojtach); his children, Nicole Nagy (Andrew), Kevin Nixon, Lisa Jefferson (Rodney) and Amanda Duckworth (Kris); his grandchildren, Madisen, Kyley, Mason, Bailey and Harper; and his siblings, Steve Nagy (Geri), Elizabeth Daum (Donald) and Robert Nagy (Joy). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made, in Charlie's name, to the local animal shelter of one's choice.
