He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred L. Dempsey and Leoba B. Dempsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Leoba B. Donahue (Dolly) of Floyd Donahue, M. D., Mary K. Sheehan (Bartholomew Sheehan, Jr.) and Robert W. Dempsey; his niece Mary Lee Trousdale; and his nephews, Bartholomew A. Sheehan, III, Jeremiah P. Sheehan and Matthew W. Sheehan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bradley, Brough & Dangler Funeral Home (299 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Teresa of Avila Church (306 Morris Ave, Summit, NJ 07901).
