Frederick J. Watts Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick J. Watts of Summit, New Jersey, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Watts, Jr. and Janice Cordes Watts. He is survived by: his wife Celia Colbert; his sons, Michael and Nicholas; his sister Karen Watts (Shemuel Yehudah); his nephew Joseph Cave; and his niece Adrienne Cooper (Jermaine Cooper). He is also survived by cousins and other family members.

Most recently, Fred navigated PAL effectively through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the struggles of social justice issues facing our city and nation.
