She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Kotar; her parents, Roman Zawalich and Mariana Zawalich; and her sisters, Frances Moriera and Jean Mazurczyk (Fred).
She is survived by: her son Frederick Jr. (Anne); her grandchildren, Abigail, Emma, Sophie and Alexander; her daughter Audrey Schwabe; her sisters, Irene Burnelko and Lorraine Hadshinow; her siblings-in-law, Val Hadshinow, Vera and Bill Allen; and also Steven. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
