She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Gail Irwin (Marc), James Slattery (Betsy) and Stephen Slattery (Amy); her grandchildren, John Michael, Daniel, Kelly, Sullivan, Keller, Shane, Liam and Quinn; and her former spouse Francis Slattery.

Donations may be made in her name to the American Stroke Association.
