He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hayse and Vada Hayse (Fisher); his wife Irene Hayse (Wojcik); and his children, Karen Hayse and Michael Hayse.
He is survived by: his brother Jack Hayse; his daughter Michelle Hey (David) of Chester, NJ; his grandchildren, Tori Hey, Nathan Hey of Chester, David Lemmel (Elham Novin-Baheran) of Lompoc, CA and Jonathon Lemmel of Oklahoma City, OK; his great grandchildren, Reza, Arman, Kayvon and Ashton; and his daughter-in-law Linda Hayse of Bella Vista, AR.
