He is survived by: his parents, Tammi Polidoro (David Nuzzo) of Ledgewood and Anthony Accola (Kimberly) of Warwick, NY; his siblings, Gianna Falzarano (Christopher) of Roxbury Township, Michael Accola of Roxbury Township, Nicholas Polidoro of Roxbury Township and Vanessa Polidoro of Roxbury Township; his grandparents, Gail Duke of Rockaway, NJ and Anthony "Tony" Accola Sr. of Las Vegas, NV; his niece Vienna Falzarano; his uncle Jeffrey Tischio; his aunt Alexis Marricone; and his grandmother Lynn. He is also survived by Poppa G, and many close family and friends.
