With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet P. Harden of Stratford, New Jersey, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Violet farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Violet is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Heck (Lou) of Lancaster and Rob Harden (Pat) of Runnemede; her grandchildren, Melissa, Lou (Elena), Stephen (Natasha), Neil (Jaimi), Jennifer Hower (late Bill) and Michael Harden; her sisters, Myrtle Franklin and Betty Shinn; and her husband John. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ora L. Wooster Funeral Home (51 Park Blvd, Clementon, NJ 08021). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (550 Delsea Dr, Sewell, NJ 08080).
