It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Simmers of Stratford, New Jersey, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Simmers; her son Curtis Simmers; her grandson Andrew Simmers; and her siblings, Paul, Robert, Donald Adams and Elizabeth Wehrle.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marjorie Adams and JoAnne Riley; her children, Judith Bilodeau (Joseph) and Christopher Simmers (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Jordan Bilodeau (Benjamin White), Sarah Bilodeau, David Bilodeau (Jaclyn), Zachary and Christian Simmers; and her great grandchildren, Ava White, Genevieve, Vivienne Bilodeau and Graham White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
