He was predeceased by: his former wife BarbaraAnn; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Harmer and Elizabeth Harmer; his wife Terrie; his siblings, Raymond and Judy; his children, Elizabeth, Suzanne, David and Michael; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kyle, Chris, Nicholas, Arianna, Brytnee, Justyn and Makenzee; and his stepdaughter Amanda. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
