It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lauro Orlando Mendez (Stratford, New Jersey), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Salustiano Mendez and Eugenia Mendez; his wife Lucy Mendez; his daughters, Ashley Mazzocca (Salvatore) and Kathy Mendez; and his siblings, David, Joe, Mildred and Teresa. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association in his honor.
