He was predeceased by: his sister Mary O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anastasi; his children, Denise Anastasi-Santora (Anthony), Susan Anastasi, Frances Emmons-Anastasi (Christopher) and John F. Anastasi, Jr. (Jessica); his siblings, Rose Dawson, Antoinette Hay (Steve) and Philip Anastasi; and his grandchildren, Marisa Santora, Anthony Santora, IV, Alexandra Lukens, John F. Anastasi, III and Julie Anastasi. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
