He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Clarissa Whitfield; his children, Charlotte Clarke (Debra Martin), Crystal Clarke, Venessa Rouse (Wendell) and Valerie Whitfield; his grandchildren, Mekhi Clarke, Cameron Dandridge, Amber Rouse, Wendell Rouse Jr., Justin Rouse, William Vera, Julian Vera, Audrina Vera, Hailey Booth, Liam Andell and Nicholas Booth; and his siblings, Leroy Whitfield, Vivian Freeman (George) and Lucille Rodgers (Carlton). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
