She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph G. "Buddy" Vespe, Sr.; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Clark and Hank Laxton. She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Jr. (Diana), Kelly Piatek (late Greg) and Dennis (Patty); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Sam), Gregory, Joseph (Amanda), Ryan (Allie), Lindsay (AJ), Kelsey and DJ; her great grandchildren, Gianna, Vincenzo, Riley, Madison, Peyton, Roman and Grant; and her brother-in-law Vincent Vespe (Mirtha). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eleanor's memory to Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 55A Warwick Road, Stratford, NJ 08084.
