She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank and Helen; her husband Robert J. Kolakowski; and her brother Frank, Jr. Ruczynski (Lefty). She is survived by: her children, Diane Balsama (Frank) and Robert Kolakowski (Karla Schroeder); her stepchildren, Christina Dibling, Robert W. Dibling, Jr. and Maria Sheehan (Jim); her sisters, Irene Branicki (late Stanley) and Helen Urbanski (late Jack); her grandchildren, Frank R. Balsama (Laura), Asia M. Kolakowski (Justin Walsh), Arielle Glass (Coy), Kourtney, Marquay, Aidan Dibling, Tai and Matthew Sheehan; and her great grandchildren, Lea, Everly, Levi, Sterling and Grayston. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
